Urban Regeneration

We design strategies to change a place’s destiny. We take care of regenerating communities, assets and services of spaces that are disused, being redeveloped or in search of a new vocation, giving them a new life and new shared value, for people and for territories. Our specialisation is the design and activation of ‘meanwhile uses‘, the experimentation with new functions and audiences that takes place in the strategic waiting time between the opening and closing of a redevelopment site. We promote and facilitate multi-stakeholder regeneration processes by ensuring the involvement of citizens, institutions, businesses, academia and the third sector.
