Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence is a former industrial complex of over 100,000 square metres where the investment fund PW Real Estate III LP (Aermont Capital LLP) and Cdp Immobiliare (Cdp Group) have decided to promote a major urban regeneration project. <\/p>\n\n

LAMA was commissioned by the MTDM development project management company to accompany the redevelopment of the buildings – in the management of the waiting time<\/strong> necessary for the completion of the large construction site – with citizen engagement<\/strong> activities; artistic and cultural programming<\/strong> that looks at contemporary and sustainability issues; facility management<\/strong> of the available areas; and all web and visual communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
