2026<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>ASSIGNMENT:<\/strong> Management and implementation of participation, consultation and co-design activities supporting the design of the \u201cCommunity Hub of the former municipal bakery\u201d, aimed at identifying partners, functional layout and contents of the future hub, as well as defining experimental scenarios for use, governance and sustainability, with the direct involvement of third-sector organisations and citizens.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Activities: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stakeholder mapping and territorial listening<\/strong>; overview of the local ecosystem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Structured participation and co-design process<\/strong> and public moments aimed at integrating the physical project with community needs <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experimentation with temporary uses and prototypes<\/strong> to test operational scenarios and modes of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modelling of management and governance scenarios<\/strong>: definition of partnership and sustainability options for the future hub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development of a first temporary narrative and visual identity<\/strong> for the Former Bread Bakery and communication tools for the process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Years: 2025 &#8211;
