{"id":11164,"date":"2023-10-25T15:38:09","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T13:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agenzialama.eu\/portfolio\/how-to-enable-temporary-uses-in-urban-regeneration-processes\/"},"modified":"2025-01-13T17:08:13","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T16:08:13","slug":"how-to-enable-temporary-uses-in-urban-regeneration-processes","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/agenzialama.eu\/en\/portfolio\/how-to-enable-temporary-uses-in-urban-regeneration-processes\/","title":{"rendered":"How to enable temporary uses in urban regeneration processes?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>IMPETUS<\/strong> (IMproving local PoliciEs on Temporary UseS) is an <strong>Interreg Europe<\/strong> funded project with the objective of improving local policies by incorporating <strong>temporary uses<\/strong> for abandoned or underused spaces into <strong>sustainable urban development strategies.<\/strong> Its approach is based on the identification and exchange of knowledge and <strong>good practices<\/strong> between local and regional authorities and development agencies that are part of the partnership, in order to improve the policies identified by each of them.<\/p>\n\n<p>LAMA brings to the project the experience developed in the field of urban policies concerning temporary uses in urban regeneration, <strong>advising<\/strong> the other partners, defining the <strong>methodology<\/strong> and supervising the <strong>analysis<\/strong> and <strong>transfer<\/strong> of good practices, with a particularly active role during the Interregional Policy Brokerage (IPB) workshops.
